This looks delicious! Spicy salmon?! With a kick of sweet?! Amazing!!

What a great combination of flavors. I’m a big fan of both honey and sriracha!

      Delicious Meets Healthy

Me too! Sweet & heat is a great combo! 🙂

This looks amazing, filling and satisfying but still not too heavy. All those lovely flavours – delicious!

Oh my this looks good, have pinned so that I can make it for my Siracha loving family:-)

Salmon is my hubby’s favourite.. I also have a bottle of Sriracha .. Will plan this meal for the next week end.

Lovely marinade. I am sure it would work well with paneer or tofu…the veggie option.

I also love quick 30 minute meals! It’s great to make a tasty meal in a short amount of time. I’m also a sucker for honey sriracha and usually make that sauce to have with chicken wings. I’ll have to try your recipe next time I have salmon in the house. <3

You had me at honey and Sriracha. Your recipe and pictures are simply brilliant!

what do I do with the remains 1/3 of the marinade ? Its doesn’t get mentioned in the recipes !!

      Delicious Meets Healthy

Just before serving, you can brush the salmon fillets with the other 1/3 of the marinade. Hope you enjoy it! 🙂

Love simple marinades like this. The photo is so beautiful too. I’m with Laura T – serious food porn.

Question: Can I grill the marinated/rubbed salmon on a grill pan over a stove instead of baking. The wife loves salmon but hates baked fish.

      Delicious Meets Healthy

Yes, it should work. I would cook it over medium to medium high heat though because you don’t want the honey sriracha marinade to burn. Hope you enjoy it! 🙂

Honey and Sriracha make a great glaze!

    Carolyn

    This sounds perfect!
