Keto Frozen Yogurt Bark
If you are following a low carb lifestyle, this is the perfect sweet snack for you! This keto frozen yogurt bark is no bake, takes 10 minutes to make and contains 7g of carbs per serving.

Ingredients

cup
finely chopped strawberries
¼
cup
chopped walnuts
2
tablespoons
of Lily’s baking chips
melted
8
ounces
of cream cheese
softened
2
tablespoons
of Swerve powdered sugar
1
Tablespoon
vanilla extract
1.5
cups
full fat plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl with a hand mixer, mix the soft cream cheese and then add the confectioner's sugar.
Add in the yogurt and vanilla and mix for 1 -2 minutes. It will be slightly fluffy.
Pour your yogurt bark mixture into the prepared sheet pan and spread it out evenly.
Using your melted chocolate, make dollops on the yogurt and then with a toothpick or knife, swirl it into the bark.
Sprinkle with chopped strawberries and walnuts.
Freeze for 3+ hours to set.
Cut and serve immediately. Freeze any leftovers and don't let it sit on the counter.
Notes
The bark will melt within a few minutes. You will need to keep it in the freezer after you cut it.
The bark will take about 3 hours to freeze solid, so be a little patient!
