Ingredients

  • Strawberries: Use fresh strawberries for the sweetest flavor, and organic if possible.
  • Walnuts: Chopped walnuts add a great texture to each bite.
  • Lily’s Baking Chips: These chocolate chips are sweetened with stevia so are keto friendly.
  • Cream Cheese: Cream cheese adds a wonderful creamy richness to this yogurt bark.
  • Swerve Powdered Sugar: Swerve is keto friendly and because it is powdered, it combines quickly and easily with the other ingredients
  • Vanilla Extract: Vanilla extract adds a wonderful flavor. Use pure rather than imitation if you can.
  • Greek Yogurt: Use full fat plain Greek yogurt. It’s a great source of protein and probiotics.

How long does frozen yogurt bark keep?

This yogurt bark will keep well in the fridge for up to a month. Once you cut the bark into squares, transfer them to a freezer bag or safe container. You can enjoy them straight from the freezer so they are always on hand!

What’s the best yogurt to use?

Greek yogurt is by far the best to use when making frozen yogurt bark. It has a lower water content than regular yogurt so it doesn’t develop an icy texture when it freezes. I prefer to use full fat, but non-fat and 2% also work well.

Toppings for this keto yogurt bark

The toppings I have used in this frozen yogurt bark recipe taste just like strawberry cheesecake, and every bite is super delicious!

You can, of course, mix things up and add other toppings. Mixed berries always work great and you can drizzle over fruit sauces or salted caramel.

Recipe Notes and Tips

  • The yogurt bark will melt within a few minutes. You will need to keep it in the freezer after you cut it.
  • The bark will take about 3 hours to freeze solid, so be a little patient!
