This homemade dry rub is perfect for all of your summer grilling needs. Made with a blend of dried spices and brown sugar, this BBQ seasoning is a great rub for chicken, pork, steak and ribs.
In a small bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
Use as a spice rub for chicken, steak, ribs, pulled pork, or smoked meat.
Notes
Check that your spices aren't stale before using them. Rub a little between your fingers and it should release an aroma. If it doesn't, it's time to replace it.
Store the BBQ seasoning out of direct sunlight in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
This seasoning is also great to use on grilled or roasted veggies!
