Avocado Salsa
Fresh, delicious and so easy to make, this avocado salsa is a must have dip and is a great topping for your favorite tacos. This is one delicious way to eat your veggies!

Ingredients

avocados
chopped

cherry tomatoes
quartered

finely chopped red onion

red bell pepper

Instructions
Combine the salsa ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Notes
If making ahead of time, keep the avocado salsa well covered with plastic wrap or store in an airtight container to slow the browning process.
Chop everything into small similar size pieces so it combines easily and is easy to scoop.
If you like things spicy, try adding a few chopped jalapenos.
