Ingredients

avocado
divided

large cucumber
sliced

head of broccoli
chopped in small florets

cup
grapes
¼
of cabbage
sliced
juice from 1 lemon
1 - 2
Tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mash half avocado with a fork and add lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Toss the first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl and drizzle with the avocado lemon dressing.
