Ingredients
¼
cup

⅓
cup
olive oil
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
2
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper
4
cups
bread cubes
I used gluten-free bread
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Mix everything.
Add bread cubes and toss to coat.
Spread the bread cubes on the lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375 F oven for about 20 minutes turning halfway through.
Notes
Cut the bread into similar sized cubes
so that they cook evenly.
Make them
vegan
by omitting the parmesan cheese.
Be sure to
turn the croutons halfway through
baking so that they get crispy all over.
Let them cool completely
before storing so that they stay crunchy.
