Ingredients

chili powder

paprika

onion powder

ground cumin

dried oregano

red chili pepper flakes

Instructions
Add all of the spices to a small bowl.
Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
Use immediately in your favorite taco recipes, or transfer to a storage container for later.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to
6 months
.
This seasoning mix equals about
3 tablespoons total.
I usually use about 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning for
1 pound of ground beef or turkey
.
Prefer it milder? Reduce or skip the cayenne and red pepper flakes.
Want it smoky? Try swapping regular paprika for smoked paprika.
