Have you tried whipped coffee yet? This Dalgona coffee recipe is so quick and easy to make and is perfect for breakfast or a mid-day pick me up. Skip the queues at the coffee shop and make this delicious drink at home!
In a small bowl combine the instant coffee, granulated sugar and boiling water.
Using an electric mixer, mix on medium speed until the mixture doubles in volume and forms a soft peak.
Fill a glass with hot or cold milk and top with the frothy coffee mixture. Serve immediately. Stir whipped coffee with the milk before drinking.
NOTES
If you don't have an electric mixer, you can whip the ingredients using a handheld immersion blender or even a milk frother for individual servings. You can also use a whisk to whip it by hand but it will take you a little bit longer.
Best instant coffee for Dalgonacoffee - I use Nescafe Classic. But you can also use decaf coffee as long as it's instant coffee.
Serve it warm or cold. Serve over cold milk and ice for a cooling summer drink, or hot for a warm and cozy beverage.
Stir whipped coffee with the milk before drinking.
You can double or triple this recipe if you desire, just keep the ratios the same.
