Simple to make but loaded with flavor, this bacon wrapped chicken recipe is all kinds of delicious. Chicken breasts are wrapped in bacon and glazed with maple syrup and dijon mustard.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix spices in a small bowl.
Rub each chicken breast with the prepared seasoning mix.
Wrap two slices of bacon around each chicken breast to seal it closed making sure the ends of the bacon are tucked under the chicken to hold it in place.
In a small bowl whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard until well combined.
Brush each chicken breast with maple Dijon glaze.
Bake on prepared sheet for 17-20 minutes and broil for 2 – 3 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165 F).
Remove from the oven and let chicken rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Spoon juices over chicken and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve with your favorite side or side salad.

Wrap the bacon so that the ends are underneath the chicken breast so that it holds in place when it cooks.
Use an instant read thermometer to make sure that your chicken is fully cooked through. It should register at 165F.
Once the chicken is cooked through, place it on a chopping board and cover loosely with foil for 5 to 10 minutes to rest. This will help it to get extra juicy and tender.
