These cute caprese skewers with balsamic glaze make for a fun appetizer or finger food. Easy to make with a few simple ingredients, they are a fresh and tasty bite that your friends and family will love!
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Add the mozzarella balls to the bowl and toss them to coat.
Thread the tomatoes, basil and mozzarella balls onto the skewers alternating between them. (You need 3 tomatoes, 3 basil leaves and 2 mozzarella balls per skewer.)
Arrange caprese skewers on a serving platter or store them in the fridge covered until ready to serve.
Place the balsamic glaze in a small plastic bag with one corner snipped off. Drizzle the balsamic over the skewers, and serve immediately.
