Ingredients

cooked chicken
diced (I like to use rotisserie chicken)

mayonnaise

celery ribs
finely chopped
3
sliced green onions
Juice of 1 lemon

Tablespoon
Dijon mustard

sliced almonds

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix everything together until well combined.
Let it chill in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
Serve on a slice of bread or croissant as a sandwich, or as a salad.
