Honey Lime Fruit Salad
Fresh fruit salad with honey lime dressing made with mango, berries, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, and banana. A bright, easy summer dessert for BBQs and brunch.

Ingredients
For the Fruit Salad

mangos
peeled and diced

lb.
fresh strawberries
diced
1
lb
fresh pineapple
diced

oz
blueberries
12
oz
grapes
halved
4
kiwis
peeled and diced

bananas
sliced
For the Honey Lime Dressing
¼
cup
honey
zest of 2 medium limes
2
tablespoons
fresh lime juice
2
teaspoons
poppy seed
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest, lime juice, and poppy seeds until well combined. Set aside.
Add the mangos, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, grapes, and kiwis to a large mixing bowl. Gently toss to combine.
Just before serving, slice the bananas and add them to the bowl with the fruit.
Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately.

to keep the fruit fresh and prevent browning.
For extra freshness, sprinkle a little
chopped mint
on top before serving.
