The weather has been so cold here over the last week – all I wished I had for supper every evening was warm comforting soup. Soups are usually so easy to make, you can also come up with your own creations or just use whatever vegetables you have leftover in the fridge. They can be made ahead of time and some of them can be frozen for later.
Below you will find a wide variety of hearty and comforting soups that are also healthy. These are clean eating soups, which means that the recipes use whole foods and no highly processed ingredients (no cream of chicken or mushroom soup in these recipes)!

I LOOOOOVe soup. Can literally eat it every day in the winter. So many great recipe shere. I’m starting with the chickpea and lentil soup and then the roasted red pepper cannellini one : ))
It is meant to be summer here but it is so cold today! This post jumped out at me… sooo many delicious combos here. Great link up! I don’t know which one I’d try first-I think the chicken dumplings!
