This is the ultimate green smoothie! It has all the benefits of green smoothie loaded with super foods, and at the same time, it tastes so good and refreshing. It is so simple but so good!

Drinking a green smoothie is a great way to start the day and fill your body with whole foods that fuel you with more energy naturally.

And is there anything better on a hot day than sipping on a tasty cold, fruity drink? This is my favorite green smoothie and i love it – summer or winter.

This cleansing green smoothie is loaded with super foods like spinach, apple, celery, banana, coconut water, lime juice, mint, parsley, ginger, and turmeric.

How To Make Cleansing Green Smoothie

What you need

  • 1 1/2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 apple, cored and quartered
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 inch slice ginger root, peeled
  • pinch of turmeric

Instructions

  • Place spinach and coconut water in the blender and blend until liquefied.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until completely smooth.
