And is there anything better on a hot day than sipping on a tasty cold, fruity drink? This is my favorite green smoothie and i love it – summer or winter.
This green smoothie is packed with goodies like spinach, apple, celery, banana, coconut water, lime juice, mint, parsley, ginger, and turmeric.
By now, you can tell this green smoothie is packed with fresh, wholesome ingredients—plus, it tastes amazing!
And so easy to make – just 10 minutes to your way to healthier you. 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 apple, cored and quartered
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1/4 inch slice ginger root, peeled
- pinch of turmeric
How To Make Green Smoothie
- Place spinach and coconut water in the blender and blend until liquefied.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until completely smooth.
