- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 6 oz yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1-2 fresh or frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup water, if needed
- fresh banana slices
- slivered almonds
- coconut flakes
- chia seeds
- Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding water last and as needed.
- Pour the smoothie in a bowl and garnish with desired toppings.
