roast | beef stock | tomato paste Worcestershire sauce | red wine onion | garlic | Yukon gold potatoes
Deglaze the pot using beef stock then add the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, red wine, and return the roast back to the pot. Close the lid, seal and cook on High Pressure for 1 hour.
Remove the roast and the veg with a slotted spoon and transfer them to a large platter. Add cornstarch to the pot to create a sauce. Pour sauce over the roast to serve.
