Today, I am sharing with you a great Game Day recipe – one of my favorite finger foods to bring to a party. The Big Game is coming up soon, so if you are looking for a great homegating recipe to add to your table spread, this is it! These bacon wrapped apricots with jalapenos are sweet and very mildly spicy, delicious and everyone loves them, even my 2 year old niece. š I have made these several times for family gatherings, holidays, parties and they are a big hit every time.
I always use Mezzettaās jalapeno peppers for these bacon wrapped bites – these jalapeno peppers will make your dish a memorable one. #MostValueablePeppers.
Did I mention how easy to make these bacon wrapped apricots are? Wrap, bake 10 minutes, flip and bake another 10 minutes, Also the ingredients are really simple: bacon, apricots, Mezzetta’s jalapeno peppers and toothpicks. Easy peasy! This is a great appetizer to bring to a homegating party for the Big Game!
Hosting a game day party can be fun, but it can also be a hassle to come up with some recipe ideas. If you’re looking for some inspiration for your next homegating get-together, be sure to visit the #MezzettaHomegating social hub here or search on social media with the hashtag.
